1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.highdesertarmaments.com (the “Website”) to place an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). High Desert Armaments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase firearms from the Website.
• You must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and transfers.
• By placing an order, you affirm you are not a prohibited person under the Gun Control Act (e.g., felons, individuals with certain mental health adjudications, or those subject to restraining orders).
3. Ordering Process
• All orders are placed online via the Website. Submissions constitute an offer to purchase, which we may accept or reject at our discretion.
• Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed.
• Lead times are typically 2-3 weeks for standard models, with longer times for custom builds, due to our hand-built, made-to-order process.
4. Payment
• Payment is due in full at the time of order placement via accepted methods listed on the Website.
• All sales are final upon confirmation, subject to the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (see Section 8).
5. Shipping and FFL Transfer
• Firearms will be shipped only to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) designated by the customer in their area.
• Customers are responsible for coordinating with their chosen FFL to complete the required background check and transfer process per ATF regulations.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by FFLs or shipping carriers.
• Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the FFL.
• Note: We encourage customers to confirm their FFL’s transfer fees upfront to avoid surprises.
6. Compliance and Restrictions
• All transactions must comply with the Gun Control Act, ATF regulations, and applicable state/local laws.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect noncompliance or fraudulent activity.
• Certain products may be restricted in specific jurisdictions; customers are responsible for verifying legality in their area.
7. Intellectual Property
• All transactions must comply with the Gun Control Act, ATF regulations, and applicable state/local laws.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if we suspect noncompliance or fraudulent activity.
• Certain products may be restricted in specific jurisdictions; customers are responsible for verifying legality in their area.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
• We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all rifles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of FFL transfer to discuss remedies, subject to our discretion and return policies.
• Custom builds may have limited return options due to their bespoke nature
9. Limitation of Liability
• High Desert Armaments LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or illegal possession of firearms purchased through the Website.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Kuna, Idaho, or as required by applicable law.
