1. Warranty Coverage
High Desert Armaments LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) stands firmly behind the craftsmanship of every rifle hand-built to order at our Kuna, Idaho facility. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for all rifles, including the M16 Reproduction, M16A1 Reproduction, M16A2 Reproduction, HDA Raptor, and custom builds, purchased through www.highdesertarmaments.com.
2. Warranty Commitment
• As a solo-operated business, I personally guarantee to make it right if you encounter issues with the craftsmanship or defective parts.
• This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid for the lifetime of the rifle, provided it has not been modified, misused, or damaged due to neglect or improper maintenance
3. What’s Covered
• Defects in materials, such as faulty barrels, handguards, or sights.
• Issues with craftsmanship, including assembly errors or finish imperfections attributable to our production process.
• Replacement or repair of defective parts at no cost to you, subject to the process outlined in Section 4.
4. Warranty Process
• To request warranty service, contact us within a reasonable timeframe (recommended within 30 days of discovering the issue) at support@highdesertarmaments.com or 208-971-1917, providing your order details and a description of the issue.
• You may be required to return the rifle to us at your expense, unless otherwise determined, after which we will inspect it to confirm the defect.
• We will repair or replace the defective part or rifle at our discretion, and return shipping will be covered by us. Custom builds may involve additional coordination due to their bespoke nature.
5. What’s Not Covered
• Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear, including finish wear or minor cosmetic changes over time.
• Issues arising from the use of non-standard ammunition or accessories not approved by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
• This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by High Desert Armaments LLC. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or malfunction of the rifle.
• Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or craftsmanship, as outlined above.
7. Transferability
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
